Scope of Access
Minerva Data Pty Ltd’s support team is granted permission to access the following systems or components:
System(s): Minerva SaaS Platform, associated databases, and application servers
Access Level: Unlimited Administrative (read/write access for troubleshooting, read-only for monitoring)
Purpose of Access:
Technical Support Services
Access Method:
All access is conducted via secure, encrypted channels in compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II standards.
Access Duration:
Until revoked by the customer in writing.
