HR Dashboard Overview
The HR Dashboard is your main control center for all Human Resources activities in Minerva ERP. It provides a central menu that connects you to every tool you need to manage your staff, from hiring and daily attendance to processing monthly payroll.
When Do I Use This?
- When you start your day and need a launching pad for your daily HR tasks.
- When you need to quickly switch between different HR functions, like jumping from updating an employee record to processing an expense claim.
- When overseeing the general structure of the company, such as departments, job titles, and work sites.
How To Use
Navigating the Dashboard
- Go to HR from the main Minerva ERP menu.
- You will see a list of available HR modules (the HR menu).
- Click on any Module Name (like Employee, Payroll, or Attendance) to open that specific area.
Dashboard Menu Sections
Because this is a central dashboard, the "fields" you see are actually links to other parts of the system. Here is what each menu option does:

| Site | Manage the physical branch locations, offices, or work sites where employees are assigned. |
