Overview

The Attendance Dashboard is your central hub for managing employee time and attendance. From this single screen, you can quickly navigate to view employee attendance logs or configure the rules and settings for tracking time.

When Do I Use This?

  • When you start your day and need to check who is present, late, or absent.
  • When you need to review or print employee attendance records for payroll processing.
  • When you need to update company attendance policies, such as shift timings or grace periods.

How To Use

Navigating the Dashboard

  1. Go to HR → Attendance from the main menu.
  2. You will arrive at the Attendance Dashboard.
  3. Click on Attendance to view detailed employee time logs and reports.
  4. Click on Setting to adjust system rules for timekeeping.

Menu Options

This dashboard provides access to the following areas:

Menu Item Description
Attendance Opens the attendance reports and daily logs. Use this to see exact check-in and check-out times for your staff.
Setting Opens the configuration area. Use this to define shifts, working hours, and other core attendance rules.
Tip: If you are setting up the system for the first time, always visit the Setting menu first to ensure your working hours and shifts are correct before looking at employee attendance logs.
