Price Lists

The Price List module allows you to set up, manage, and organize the selling prices of your products. You can create multiple price lists to support different business needs, such as standard retail pricing, special wholesale discounts, or specific rates for foreign currencies.

When Do I Use This?

• When you need to define standard baseline prices for your store or warehouse.
• When creating special discounted pricing tiers for VIP customers, distributors, or employees.
• When you sell goods internationally and need a dedicated price list in a different currency.
• When you are running a seasonal promotion and need a temporary list of sale prices.

How To Use

Creating a New Price List

1. Go to Sales (or Financial) → Price Lists from the main menu.
2. Click + New.
3. Enter a descriptive Name (e.g., "Wholesale 2024").
4. Select the Currency for the prices on this list.
5. Check the Active box to ensure your sales team can use it.
6. Click Save.

Adding Products to the Price List

Once the main price list is saved, you need to add the products (Lines) and assign their prices.

1. Open the price list you just created.
2. Scroll down to the Lines section and click + Add.
3. Select the Product you want to include.
4. The system will automatically load the item's standard base price. Type over it to set your new special price.
5. Click Save. Repeat for any other products.
