Overview
The Inventory Dashboard is your central command center for everything related to your warehouse and stock. From this main screen, you can easily navigate to all the different tools you need to track items, move products, manage storage locations, and view inventory reports.
When Do I Use This?
- When you start your day and need to check current warehouse operations.
- When you need a quick launching point to find a specific product, check a lot number, or review stock levels.
- When a manager asks for a report or visual breakdown of inventory health.
How To Use
Navigating the Dashboard
- Go to Inventory from the main Minerva ERP menu.
- You will see a menu of options available for managing your warehouse.
- Click on any Menu Item (like Stock, Move, or Lot) to open that specific tool.
- To return to this screen at any time, click Inventory in your main navigation.
Dashboard Menu Options
Clicking on the items in the dashboard will take you to the following areas:

| Stock | View the current amount of items you have on hand across all your locations. |
| Move | Transfer items from one place to another (e.g., from Receiving to Storage). |
| Transaction | Review the history of all inventory actions, such as items being received, shipped, or adjusted. |
| Lot | Manage specific batches of items, which is essential for tracking expiration dates or recalls. |
| Warehouse | Set up and manage your large physical buildings or main storage facilities. |
| Location | Manage the specific aisles, shelves, and bins inside your warehouses. |
| Report | Generate printable documents and data exports regarding your inventory. |
| Analytics and Insight | View visual charts, graphs, and performance metrics to help managers make ordering decisions. |
