Recruitment Portal
The Recruitment Portal is the main hub for job applicants. It includes a public Job Board for viewing open positions and a personal Applicant Dashboard. Here, candidates can apply for jobs, track the progress of their applications, complete assigned onboarding tasks, and view interview appointments.
When Do I Use This?
- When viewing and applying for open job postings within the company.
- When checking the status of a submitted job application.
- When you need to upload additional requested documents or complete assigned hiring tasks.
- When you need to view and confirm scheduled interview times (appointments).
How To Use
Applying for a Job
- Navigate to the Job Board to view all active, open positions.
- Select the job you wish to apply for.
- Fill out your contact details, including your First Name, Surname, Email, and Phone Number.
- Write or paste your Cover Letter.
- Click to upload your Resume document from your computer.
- Click Submit or Apply. Note: Depending on the job settings, you may be asked to register an account to track your progress.
Checking Application Status
- Log into the Applicant Portal.
- Scroll to the My applications list section.
- Review the State column to see where your application currently stands in the hiring process.
- If you need to finish an incomplete application, click Resume next to the application.
Managing Tasks and Documents
During the hiring process, HR might ask you to complete tasks or submit extra documents (like certifications or ID).
- Go to the My Tasks list on your Applicant Portal dashboard.
- Review pending tasks.
- To upload requested files, click Add Document next to the task.
- To continue working on a task, click Resume.
Confirming Interviews
- Go to the My Appointments list on your dashboard.
- Review the date, time, and the panel (the person or team interviewing you).
- Click Confirm to let the hiring team know you will attend.
Field Descriptions
Job Application Form
| Field Name | Description |

| Firstname & Surname | Your legal first and last name. |
| Email & Phone | Your primary contact information. Make sure this is accurate so the hiring team can reach you. |
| Cover Letter | A brief introduction explaining why you are a great fit for the position. |
| Resume | Your CV or resume file. PDF format is highly recommended. |
Applicant Dashboard Lists
| Column Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Application ID / Serial | A unique tracking number for your specific job application. |
| Post | The specific job title you applied for. |
| State / Outcome | The current status of your application, task, or appointment (e.g., "Under Review", "Pending", "Completed"). |
| Panel | The name of the interviewer or the hiring team meeting with you. |
| Time Start / Time End | The scheduled start and finish times for your interview or appointment. |
Tip: Always check your Applicant Dashboard regularly after applying. New interview appointments and document requests will appear in your Tasks and Appointments lists as soon as HR assigns them to you.
