Recruitment Post

This module allows you to create and manage job postings for your organization. You can define job descriptions, set publication and closing dates, assign hiring managers, and attach specific application forms for candidates to complete.

When Do I Use This?

  • When a new job position opens up and you need to advertise it to applicants.
  • When you need to set deadlines for accepting job applications.
  • When you want to attach specific screening questionnaires or application forms to a specific job opening.

How To Use

Creating a New Job Post

  1. Go to HR → Recruitment → Posts from the main menu.
  2. Click + New.
  3. Enter the job title in the Name field.
  4. Set your Date Publish, Close Date, and Date Expire.
  5. Select the hiring Manager responsible for this role.
  6. Write the job requirements and duties in the Description field.
  7. Click Save.

Adding an Application Form to a Post

You can require applicants to fill out specific forms when applying to this job.

  1. Open the job post you just created.
  2. Navigate to the Forms section and click + Add Form.
  3. Choose a pre-made Template for the form.
  4. Give it a Name and Sequence number.
  5. Click Save.

Field Descriptions

Job Post Details

Field Name Description
Name The official job title that applicants will see (e.g., "Senior Accountant").
Date Publish The exact date the job posting becomes visible to the public.
Date Expire The date the job posting is completely removed from the job board.
Close Date The final deadline for candidates to submit their applications.
Manager The internal employee (usually a department head or HR staff) managing this hiring process.
Applicant Must Register If checked, candidates must create a user account on your portal before they can apply.
Active Indicates if the job post is currently turned on. Uncheck this to manually hide the post immediately.
Description The full text of the job advertisement, including responsibilities, qualifications, and benefits.
Document An optional file attachment, such as a formal PDF job description or corporate brochure.

Application Form Details

Field Name Description
Name The title of the form the applicant needs to fill out (e.g., "Technical Skills Questionnaire").
Code A short internal code used to easily identify the form.
Sequence Controls the order in which forms are presented to the applicant. Lower numbers appear first.
Template The pre-built form design being used for this job post.
Active Must be checked for the applicant to see and use this form.
Tip: Always set a Close Date to ensure you stop receiving applications once the deadline passes. This saves you from having to manually reject late candidates.
