Overview

The Recruitment Dashboard is your central command center for all hiring activities. It acts as the main menu where you can access everything needed to find, evaluate, and hire new employees. From posting a job vacancy to scheduling interviews and sending out offer letters, everything starts here.

When Do I Use This?

  • When you start your day and need an overview of your hiring pipeline.
  • When you need to navigate to specific recruitment tasks, like reviewing new applications or scheduling an interview.
  • When you are creating a new job opening or setting up an interview panel.

How To Use

Accessing the Dashboard

  1. Go to HR from the main system menu.
  2. Click on Recruitment.
  3. You will arrive at the Recruitment Dashboard, displaying a menu of all available recruitment modules.

Navigating to Tasks

  1. Review the available menu options on your screen.
  2. Click on the specific module you need to work on (for example, click Applicant to see a list of people who have applied).
  3. To return to this main screen at any time, simply click back to the Recruitment Dashboard.

Dashboard Menu Options

Depending on your permissions, clicking these links will take you to the respective recruitment areas:

Menu Item Description
Post Manage your open job vacancies and recruitment postings.
Applicant View and manage the profiles of individuals who have submitted their details to your company.
Application Review specific job applications linking an applicant to a specific job post.
Task Track your recruitment to-do list, such as "Review Resumes" or "Check References".
Document Access files related to hiring, such as CVs, cover letters, portfolios, and signed contracts.
Communication View a history of messages and emails sent between your company and the applicants.
Panel Set up and manage Interview Panels (groups of staff members who will interview a candidate).
Appointments Manage scheduled interviews, screening calls, and assessment meetings.
Template Create and edit standard messages and forms, such as generic rejection emails or standard offer letters, to save time.
Tip: If you find yourself typing the same email to candidates over and over, go to the Template section to create a standardized message. It will speed up your daily communication!
