Operating Theaters

This module allows you to register and manage the operating theaters (operating rooms) available in your hospital or clinic. By maintaining an accurate list of your operating theaters, other departments can properly schedule surgeries and allocate resources.

When Do I Use This?

• When your facility opens a newly constructed or renovated operating room.
• When you need to update the details or specific purpose of an existing operating theater.
• When you are setting up the system for the first time and need to input all available surgical rooms.

How To Use

Adding a New Operating Theater

1. Navigate to the Theater module from your main menu.
2. Click the + New button to create a new record.
3. Enter the Name of the theater (e.g., "Operating Room A" or "Cardio Theater").
4. Provide a helpful Description regarding the room's location, primary use, or specialized equipment.
5. Click Save to add the theater to your system.

Updating an Existing Theater

1. Open the Theater module to view your list of operating rooms.
2. Click on the name of the theater you wish to update.
3. Make your necessary changes in the Name or Description fields.
4. Click Save to apply your updates.
