Health Dashboard Overview

The Health Dashboard is the central command center for all your clinic and hospital operations. It acts as a main menu, providing quick access to every department and key task in the system, from patient registration and scheduling to billing and pharmacy sales.

When Do I Use This?

  • At the start of your shift: Use the dashboard to navigate to your specific work area (e.g., Doctors go to the Calendar, Lab Techs go to the Laboratory).
  • When switching tasks: If you work at the front desk, you might use the dashboard to switch from registering a new patient to processing a bill.
  • When managing hospital resources: Access analytics, check hospitalisation wards, or review the medical vehicle fleet.

How To Use

Navigating to your Department

  1. Go to Health → Dashboard from the main menu.
  2. At the top of the screen, you will see large, colorful tiles for major departments.
  3. Click the tile that matches your department (e.g., Radiology or Dentistry) to enter your dedicated workspace.

Using Quick Actions

Below the main departments, there are grouped "Quick Action" cards for specific daily tasks.

  1. Scroll down to the grouped action cards.
  2. Find the category for the task you want to perform (e.g., Patient Registration).
  3. Click the green button (e.g., Register New Patient) to jump straight to that form.
