Vital Signs Overview
This module allows you to record and track a patient's core physiological health measurements. It provides a straightforward form to log standard vitals such as blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and oxygen levels. It also automatically calculates the patient's Body Mass Index (BMI) based on their height and weight.
When Do I Use This?
- During patient intake or triage before they see the doctor.
- When doing routine ward rounds for admitted patients to monitor their current condition.
- Whenever a clinical event requires an updated baseline of the patient's health status.
How To Use
Recording New Vital Signs
- Navigate to the Vital Signs module from your main menu.
- Click the + New button to create a new record.
- Select the Patient from the dropdown list.
