Radiology Portal
The Radiology Portal is a secure screen that allows you to easily view completed radiology results (like X-Rays, MRIs, and CT scans). If you are a patient, you will see your personal results here. If you are a doctor or practitioner, you will see the results for the tests you have ordered for your patients.
When Do I Use This?
- As a Patient: When you want to view, download, or print your own radiology scan results from home.
- As a Practitioner: When you need to review a finalized scan report for a test you requested to decide on a patient's next steps in treatment.
How To Use
Viewing a Radiology Report
- Log into the system and navigate to your Portal dashboard.
- Look for the section labeled My Radiology Result (indicated by a radioactive symbol).
- Review the list of available reports. Note: If you do not see any results, it means there are no finalized reports available for you yet.
- Find the specific test you want to view using the date or patient name.
- Click the Open link in the Report column.
- The official result document will open in a new browser tab where you can read, save, or print it.
Field Descriptions
| Column Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Patient | The name of the individual who received the radiology scan. |
| Requested By | The doctor or healthcare professional who ordered the scan. |
| Requested Date | The date the radiology test was originally ordered. |
| Report | A clickable link to the finalized radiology document. Clicking "Open" launches the file. |
Tip: You will only see reports here after the radiologist has finished evaluating the scan and published the final document. If you recently had a scan and it is missing from this list, it is likely still being processed.
Note on Pop-ups: Because the report opens in a new tab, make sure your web browser's pop-up blocker is not preventing the document from opening.
